How do I skip, pause, or cancel my subscription? 🛑⏸️

• Pause, skip, or cancel whenever you want: Easily pause your entire subscription and reactivate it at any time.
• Skip individual boxes: Un-skip if you change your mind.
• Manage subscriptions: Log in to your account at spooksandspanks.com and select “Manage Subscriptions”.

How do I make changes to my shipping, billing, or payment information? 📝📦

• Log in to your account on our website: Select “Manage Subscriptions”.
• Update your information: Make changes before the 3rd of the month to avoid being charged and shipped the next month’s Boo Box(es).
  
  
  When do the Subscription Boxes Ship?
  Subscription boxes are shipped at the end of each month.
  
  When will I be charged for the subscription?
  Your card will be charged on the day you place your order and then on the same date each month for as long as you maintain your subscription.
  
  Is there a cut-off date to receive the subscription box for the current month?
  To receive next month’s box, you must sign up before the 3rd of this month. We make the boxes during the month, and we ship them at the end of the month so you receive them early the upcoming month. 
  
  What happens if I sign up after the 3rd? When will I receive my first box?
  If you sign up after the 3rdth, your first box will ship at the end of the following month. Note that you will be charged twice before receiving your first box, but rest assured, you will receive a box for each charge.
  
  How can I cancel my subscription?
  To cancel, log in to your account and click on "Manage my subscription" to find the cancellation option. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@spoksandspanks.com with "Cancel subscription box" in the subject line, and include the email address used for the order.
  
  If I purchase other items with my subscription box, will they ship together?

  Subscription Terms and Policy

  1. Subscription Overview
  By subscribing to our monthly subscription box, you agree to receive a curated selection of products each month. Subscription boxes are shipped at the end of every month, and you will be charged on the day you place your order and on the same day each subsequent month.

  2. Payment and Billing
  Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled, paused, or skipped before the 3rd of the month. If you do not take action by this date, you will be charged for that month's box, and your subscription will continue.

  3. Non-Refundable Purchases
  All subscription box purchases are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the unique and curated nature of the products we offer. Once a charge has been made for a subscription box, it cannot be refunded, even if the box is skipped, paused, or canceled after the charge has occurred.

  4. Modifying Your Subscription
  You have the option to skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the upcoming month's box, you must make these changes by the 3rd of the month. Any changes made after the 3rd will take effect the following month.

  • Skipping a Month: If you wish to skip a month's box, log in to your account and select the option to skip before the 3rd of the month. You will not be charged for that month, and your subscription will resume the following month.
  • Pausing Your Subscription: To pause your subscription, log in to your account and choose the pause option. Your subscription will remain inactive until you choose to reactivate it.
  • Canceling Your Subscription: To cancel, log in to your account and click on "Manage my subscription" to find the cancellation option. If you cancel after the 3rd of the month, you will still receive and be charged for that month's box, and the cancellation will take effect the following month. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@spooksandspanks.com with "Cancel subscription box" in the subject line, and include the email address used for the order.

  5. Shipping Policy
  Subscription boxes are shipped at the beginning of each month. If you place your order before the 3rd of the month, you will receive that month's box. If you place your order after the 3rd, your first box will ship at the end of the following month.
  
  Example: I subscribe October 3rd at 11:58pm, I'll be receiving November's Boo Box at the end of the month or early November. 
  I subscribe October 4th at 1:03 am, I'll be receiving the December Boo Box late November or early December.

  By purchasing a subscription box, you agree to all the terms and policies outlined above.
